Earlier this year, Alex Jones from the Alex Jones Show highlighted how several Federal Agencies were buying up mass quantities of bullets. After being linked to from the Drudge Report, this led to widespread speculation that the Federal Government might be preparing for economic disaster and the prospect of a civil war.
Here's a great graphic that explores that possibility:

The graphic provides a pretty compelling case for both sides of the debate. What the government has been doing is defensible. But it also raises some well justified eyebrows about what's looming down the road in a few years.
What do you think? Is the Federal Government preparing for the prospect of a civil war? Even if they don't think one is inevitable, is it good for the government to be prepared for worst case scenarios? Should the government prevent the people from revolting?
