Actress Amy Locane is facing a prison sentence after a drunk driving accident on Sunday evening left one person dead.
Amy Locane co-starred on the first season of TV's Melrose Place. Locane had several glasses of wine before the accident, and was also involved in a hit-and-run crash shortly before the fatal accident.
Locane reportedly struck the passenger side of a car that turned into a driveway. The female passenger, Helen Seeman, died in the crash, while the driver, Fred Seeman, was left in critical condition.
Amy Locane’s bail was set at $50,000; if convicted, she could face a prison sentence of five to 10 years.
Amy Locane also appeared in the films "Cry Baby," "School Ties," "Airheads" and "Secretary."
