Annie Le, the Yale Medical Student died of traumatic asphyxiation. After 48 hours and a lot of media pressure they finally released the cause of her death.

Authorities believe Ray Clark is a possible suspect in the murder, and are hoping to link DNA evidence from the lab to him, however no arrest has been made in the case up until now.
