Axl Rose Sued by Bentley

Automaker Bentley's U.S. division is suing Guns 'n Roses lead singer Axl Rose for $74,000, alleging the musician racked up 42,000 miles more than the lease on his 2006 Bentley Continental Flying Spur allowed. Worse, Bentley claims the car was returned with damaged wheels, a cracked windshield, a missing key and assorted body damage, none of which was covered by the terms of the lease.

The singer has not yet issued a statement on the matter, but I doubt that Bentley will have much success collecting the money owed by Rose. It does raise one valid question: who could have possibly thought that leasing a Bentley Continental Flying Spur to Axl Rose was a good idea in the first place?
