Today, Bret Michaels' doctor held a press conference to give an update on the Poison frontman’s health. According to Dr. Zabramski, Bret Michaels' condition has improved and he was released from the Barrow Neurological Institute hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
Michaels' release comes less than two weeks after he suffered a brain hemorrhage, and while Dr. Zabramski and his team have yet to find the reason for the bleeding in his brain, Michaels was stable enough for release.
Zabramski commented, “This is one of those rare instances in medicine where we're actually pleased not to be able to find what caused the problem."
Bret Michaels is expected to “make a 100 percent recovery,” according to Zabramski, who adds, “He’s just one of those lucky people – 10 to 20 percent who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities.”
