Former Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen lost his chance for custody of his sons to his relapsing estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, on Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Radar Online was first to report Sheen was not "winning" in the closed door hearing, despite Mueller's "glassy eyed" and "unsteady on her feet" appearance. The hearing occurred within the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, California, where a judge ordered Mueller will keep primary legal and physical custody of two year old twins, Max and Bob.
Mueller's condition was attributed to a very public relapse of her crack cocaine addiction, for which she has sought rehabilitation at an undisclosed facility. In the meantime, Mueller's mother, Moira Fiore, will care for the boys until or unless Mueller's addiction is in control.
Sheen and Mueller have refused comment regarding the court's decision. Following the hearing, Sheen reportedly boarded a plane bound for Chicago to proceed with performances of his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour. As for Bob and Max, they are fortunately too young and oblivious to be aware of their parents' behavior. The boys were spotted with a nanny in a park soaking in the sunshine and playing on a playground.
