I'd say it's time to review the CIA's process in deciding what contractors they pay to do what. That especially after its been revealed they paid millions of dollars to Blackwater CEO Erik D Prince on a handshake to become part of a plan to assasinate former CIA operative Osama Bin Laden, and other Al-Qaida operatives.
