Consumer Reports has just come out with their Best Cars of 2010 issue. This issue covers more than 280 vehicles sold in North America and reviews every aspect of the automobile. Fuel economy, comfort, reliability, build quality are all covered in high detail, as well as how the final scores are determined. In this issue it was determined that Honda and Subaru scored the highest marks, taking the top two spots with Toyota and Hyundai coming third and fourth. Consumer Reports gives you a full breakdown of not only how they test, but explanations as to why the tests were conducted. They’ll also bring up past manufacturer defects to see if they’ve been remedied the following year.
