Dad Stun Guns Man Who Sent Porn to Kid

A dad stun guns man who sent porn to his kid.  William Atwood Sr, 45, of Temecula, California was arrested on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 following an incident stemming from indecent photos.  Atwood alleges that twenty three year old Justin Moore sent "explicit photos" of his genitals to Atwood's 17 year old daughter in January 2010. Moore claims that the pictures, sent to his "friends" via text messaging, were "a joke."  Unfortunately, Atwood didn't find anything funny about the pictures Moore sent to his underage daughter.   Atwood responded angrily, rendered the picture "pornographic," and filed an official complaint with local authorities.   When the authorities failed to respond to Atwood's complaint, he took matters into his own hands.

Officials report that Atwood lured Moore to his residence, demanded that Moore "strip" to his boxers, bound Moore with zip ties, and tased him before calling the police.  Atwood claims that Moore was "uninvited" at his residence yet confessed that he did order Moore to strip, in addition to tying Moore up and tasing him.  When Sheriff's Deputies arrived at Atwood's residence, they found Moore naked, frightened, and bound.

Moore's testimony claims that Atwood invited him to his residence and when Moore arrived, he was greeted by Atwood and multiple weapons.  Moore claims that Atwood ordered him to leave his car, issued a warning shot, and then pulled Moore off of the ground resulting in a shoulder injury.  Moore insists that Atwood threated to "bury" him on the Pechunga Tribe's reservation, as Atwood had "connections."  Moore furthered his belief that Atwood would kill him, especially when Atwood produced a handgun and a stun gun, with which Atwood "shocked him on the shoulder for 20 minutes, asking "how do you like it?"  Moore insists that he was held against his will for an hour until Atwood called the Sheriff's Department.

A search of Atwood's home revealed zip ties, 2 stun guns, and over a dozen weapons/firearms.

Moore faces no charges as there is a lack of evidence.
