The Emmy opening number for the 2010 Emmy Awards was one of highlights of the show, hosted by Jimmy Fallon.
Jimmy Fallon used a Glee-inspired sketch to kick off the Emmys, singing "Born to Run" in the opening number, alongside a star studded glee club that included the cast of Glee, Tina Fey, Jon Hamm, Betty White, Jane Lynch, Jorge Garcia, Joel McHale, Nina Dobrev, Tim Gunn and Randy Jackson.
Even reality mom Kate Gosselin was involved, appearing in her ill-fated Dancing with the Stars getup to offer her dancing talents to the glee performance. Please tell me that Gosselin isn't hoping to launch an acting career?
Overall, Jimmy Fallon did an exceptional job hosting the Emmys, with the opening number providing the high octane performance needed to kick the awards show off in high style.
