George Michael Pleads Guilty to Drug Offenses

British singer George Michael pleaded guilty in a London court to two drug offenses on Tuesday.

Michael arrived at the Highbury Corner Magistrates Court in north London for his hearing on charge with driving under the influence of drugs after he smashed his car into a high street shop, Tuesday. The 47-year-old, whose real name is Georgios Panayiotou also faced charges of possession of cannabis, Scotland yard said.
After entering his pleas Tuesday during an appearance at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court, Michael admitted driving under the influence of drugs and possession of cannabis following an incident on July 4 when his car crashed into a shop in north London.
