Hotel Hooker Capri Anderson Files Suit Against Charlie Sheen

Capri Anderson, porn star and hotel hooker involved in Charlie Sheen's latest off- screen drama, has filed a lawsuit against the Two and A Half Men star. The suit stems from the fateful night Anderson likened to a "horror film" on Good Morning America during an interview with George Stephanopoulous.

During the GMA interview, Anderson (whose real name is Christina Walsh) described the evening of "horror" with Sheen as he became increasingly intoxicated and irrational. Tearfully, Anderson stated "He started yelling racial slurs. But it wasn't until he put his hands around my neck that I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation...When I became really uncomfortable was when he put his hands around my neck. So that's really when things started to go wrong and I was no longer in a good situation. I started to resist and he let off me. As quickly as I could I began to walk toward my purse, dress, and cellular phone. He started throwing things at me. He threw a lamp. That was the first thing he picked up. He threw it across the room at me."

Sheen allegedly offered Anderson "hush money" which she declined. Anderson intends to file a civil suit within the Los Angeles Superior Court this afternoon based on charges of battery, assault, false imprisonment, and emotional distress. Yale Galanter, Sheen's legal rep, has discredited Anderson's claims insisting Anderson is just "attempting to cash in on [Sheen's] celebrity."

Cocaine and alcohol allegedly contributed to the bizarre evening rendered a "date from hell" between Anderson, a $3,500 dollar per night escort, and Sheen, a hot mess.
