Actors Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig will star together on Broadway in a play about two Chicago policeman. BBC reports that the James Bond star and Wolverine will play the role of policemen in a play named ' A Steady Rain'. The play will recount the story of a few days that changed the lives of the two policemen.
Hugh Jackman has appeared on the New York stage before but it will be the first time for the 41 year old Daniel Craig. Jackman has starred in several Broadway plays and even won a Tony for his role in the Broadway Musical, ' The Boy From OZ ' in 2004. Daniel Craig on the other hand as a fair bit of stage experience too and has appeared on stage in London.
The show is expected to open on 29 September and will run for 12 weeks. Scott Mallalieu, president of Broadway ticket agency Group Sales Box Office, told Bloomberg that he expects the play will sell out very quickly.
