The intruder arrested outside Paris Hilton's Los Angeles home has been charged with attempted burglary, TVGuide.com said.
Nathan Lee Parada was charged with one felony count of attempted residential burglary with a person present Thursday, Los Angeles police said.
Parada is being held on $50,000 bail, according to his arrest report.
Parada was arrested outside 29-year-old Hilton's house on Tuesda, who reported an attempted break-in. The famous socialite tweeted her experience on Twitter and tweeted a photo of the arrest and said that Parada was carrying "two big knifes."
Parada now faces six years in prison if convicted.
