Margaritaville crooner Jimmy Buffett is recovering from an on stage fall during a Sydney, Australia, concert and was released from the St. Vincent hospital Wednesday. Upon Buffett's release, TMZ reported the sixty four year old singer is "doing well" despite suffering from an apparent head laceration when he fell into a gap on the stage during his performance. A CAT scan performed at the hospital revealed no internal injuries or damages. Buffett was hospitalized overnight for observation and later released.
A concertgoer reported to Popeater: "It looked like [Buffett] did a massive face plant after his encore and pretty much didn't get up." Buffett attributed the fall to impaired vision caused by lights as he wrapped the show.
