Lindsay Lohan's mother has said the actress will be moving from California and back to New York.
Lohan’s mother, Dina Lohan, said on NBC's "Today" show Friday that her daughter, who is in drug rehabilitation and recently was released from jail, is doing "wonderfully."
Lindsay Lohan served 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence for violating her probation in a 2007 drug case, and was sent to a UCLA drug rehab facility.
Her mother said she will be released soon from the rehab facility.
Dina Lohan also should her anger at Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel for being hard in the case.
She said her daughter "will be coming back to New York." While she said California was wonderful, "it's a different game you play there. The court system is a little different."
