More U.S. States Could Ban Texting While Driving

If you are in a state which isn't one of the 14 U.S. states which have banned texting while driving then you could seen be deprived of this luxury. That's because the Democratic Senators are pushing for a blanket ban on texting while driving.

According to the lawmakers, states who don't ban texting while driving would face cuts upto 25 percent in their highway funds. This step could ensure that more states follow the rule.

Texting while driving is already banned in 14 states of America which includes states like California, New Jersey and the District Of Columbia.
