Octomom Nadia Suleman and Kids Served Eviction Notice

Octomom Nadia Suleman and her kids were served an eviction notice for failing to make payments on their La Habra, California home. A notice sent by mortgage holder and former owner Amer Haddadin has stated Suleman and her brood must vacate the property by Friday, December 31, 2010 if she does not pay a balloon payment of $450,000 dollars that was expected on October 9.

Suleman and her lawyer, Jeff Czech, were served the eviction notice on December 2, 2010. Haddain offered to the AP: "I think they have the money, but they are hiding the money." Suleman's father, Ed Doud, made arrangements for the purchase of the home on his unemployed and unmarried daughter's behalf two years ago. Suleman and her 14 children, including a set of octuplets, have resided there since Doud renegotiated Haddain's previous foreclosure attempt in April. In August, Doud signed the deed to the home over to Suleman and Czech.
