Randy Quaid and his wife Eve were arrested on charges of defrauding an innkeeper,burglary, and a host of other charges in Santa Barbara. They apparently managed to walk out on a 10k hotel bill, but did pay a 40k bail charge. Don't ask me why but this doesnt make any sense.
