"Underaged" Porn Star Helps Free Prisoner

An "underaged" porn star helps free prisoner. Adult film star Lupe Fuentes assisted in getting Carlos Simon-Timmerman out of a Puerto Rican prison. Simon-Timmerman allegedly purchased a DVD of Lupe Fuentes at a Venezuelan flea market. Simon-Timmerman was picked up by authorities on during a return flight en route to New York City at a San Juan, Puerto Rico airport and arrested for illegal possession and transportation of images involving minors. Later during Simon-Timmerman's hearing, a Special Agent of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as well as a pediatrician, testified that Fuentes was under the age of 18 beyond a reasonable doubt. Simon-Timmerman was held for two months in a San Juan prison facing the maximum prison sentence: 20 years. Fuentes travelled to Puerto Rico on April 6, 2010 and made an appearance at Simon-Timmerman's trial with key evidence in support of Simon-Timmerman's defense: her identification. Fuentes proved she was of legal age with appropriate documentation and Simon-Timmerman was set free.

Fuentes had enough proof to convince the court that she was 19 years old when she starred in the adult film "Little Lupe the Innocent: Don't Be Fooled By Her Baby Face." Assistant Public Defender Hector L. Ramos-Vega was blown away by Fuentes' testimony. Ramos-Vega reported to RadarOnline "Lupe walkind into the courtroom and it was like a courtroom drama movie...Justice was served and Carlos is a free man thanks to lupe." Ramos-Vega continued that "Lupe is not only the world's youngest looking porn star, but a humanitarian who cares about justice and cares about her fans."
