Whitney Houston disappointed fans with her Monday night performance at a concert in Brisbane, Australia. People who attended Houston's concert are still furious in the wake of the show that was slated to spotlight the singer's return to music. Concertgoers report that Houston was "breathless, shambolic, and out of control." Anonymous reports claim that Houston "can't sing, couldn't perform and was the worst act we've ever seen" and "She couldn't entertain a dead rat."
Houston's "onstage meltdown" triggers speculation that the 46 year old singer has relapsed with drugs. Her former marriage to Bobby Brown supports this claim. The couple's drug problems were well-documented on their former reality show, as well in police records regarding multiple international arrests for dui and drug possession.
Houston's tour manager released a statement saying the former diva is having "difficult times" and that she " now up on stage, warts and all, presenting herself like an open book for the world to see and they want to ridicule Whitney. If they expected to hear the Whitney of 20 years ago, go buy a CD. If they want to see a true professional artist give 100%, well come along and enjoy the ride of an amazing talent, on stage, letting her heart and soul out for us all to enjoy."
