Donna Simpson, the Guinness Book of World Record's Fattest Mom, consumed a 30,000 calorie Christmas feast to further her aspirations of tipping the scale to weigh in at 1,000 pounds. Simpson, a single mother of two children, settled in on Christmas to consume: a pair of 25 pound turkeys, two maple glazed hams, 15 pounds of potatoes, five loaves of bread, five pounds of herb stuffing, four pints of gravy, four pints of cranberry dressing, and 20 pounds of vegetables. The entire meal took Simpson over two hours to eat. To top it off, Simpson consumed a mixed "salad" comprised of marshmallows, cream cheese, whipped cream, and cookies. Of the feast, Simpson offered to the UK's Daily Mail: "Christmas should give you carte blanche to do whatever you want...People who feel guilty about eating are hilarious."
Simpson accomplished the 2007 record for being the largest woman to ever give birth and hopes that she'll gain another 350 pounds to claim the world's fattest woman title.
Simpson lives with her fourteen year old son and three year old daughter in New Jersey.
