Quinnipiac University Online

Quinnipiac University is a private, coeducational institution of higher education located in Hamden, Connecticut. Founded in 1929, the non-sectarian university is primarily a residential campus with a mission “to provide a supportive and stimulating environment for the intellectual and personal growth of undergraduate, graduate and continuing education students.”

The university offers undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees through its various schools and colleges. These include the College of Arts and Sciences; School of Business; School of Communications; School of Education; School of Health Sciences; and School of Law.

In addition to its on-campus courses, Quinnipiac University also offers online master’s degree programs and certificate programs for students who are too busy with work or family matters to attend the regular day classes but who nonetheless want to complete their education without sacrificing quality.

Degree programs offered online include Master of Business Administration (MBA); MBA in Health Care Management; Master of Health Science in Cardiovascular Perfusion Bridge Program; Master of Science in Information Technology; Master of Science in Interactive Communications; Master of Science in Occupational Therapy; Master of Science in Organizational Leadership; and Master of Science in Teacher Leadership.

Tuition cost per credit for online degree programs varies depending on the degree chosen. Financial aid is extended via loans and grants and scholarships for qualified students.

Quinnipiac University is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International. The School of Law is accredited by the American Bar Association. It was voted one of “America’s Best Universities for 2010” by the US News & World Report.
