A specially modified Suzuki Kizashi has been driven at 203 miles per hour on the Bonneville Salt Flats by Road & Track editor Sam Mitani. The car's motor was rebuilt with strengthened components and an aftermarket turbo system was installed; in race trim, the modified Kizashi made 500 horsepower at the wheels.
Aside from a front air dam, rear spoiler, aerodynamic wheel covers and required parachutes, the Kizashi closely resembles one you can buy at a local Suzuki dealership.
